Firstly, in a large bowl take 2 cup of poha. Do not take thin poha as it turns mushy as soon as you add water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Rinse in water and drain off the water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Mix gently using your fingers without making poha mushy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Rest for 8-10 minutes, or until the poha softens without turning mushy or sticky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. In a large Kadai\u00ad\u00ad or pan heat&nbsp;2 tbsp oil and roast 5 tbsp peanut on low flame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Roast until the peanuts turn crunchy, keep aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. In the same oil, add&nbsp;1 onion, saute until the onions softens slightly add chilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Further, add1 tsp turmeric and salt to taste. Saute slightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Add soaked poha and mix well combining everything well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes or until the poha is cooked well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. Switch off the gas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12. Now add fried peanuts, 1 tbsp lemon. Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13.
