Vegetable Pakora recipe

  • Chickpea flour 200g
  • Potato 500g
  • Spinach 100g
  • Onion 1pc
  • Green onion 20g
  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander 20g
  • Mint 20g
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Chili 1tl
  • Water if needed

Mix everything and allow to stand at room temperature for an hour and then fry in oil.

When the dough is ready, just pour it with s a spoon to hot oil on a pan and wait until the color is light brown.
